1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("players" or "users") of the tk15 platform and all its services. By opening an account, logging in, or starting to use any service on tk15, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

tk15 is an online betting and casino platform that provides various gaming services for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers sports betting, casino games, slots, and live gaming.

tk15 reserves the right to amend, change, or update these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of changes via the site or by email. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Limit

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use tk15's services:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.
• You may operate only one account in your own name.
• Your personal information must be accurate and truthful — opening an account with false information is prohibited.
• You must confirm that online gaming is not legally prohibited in the environment where you reside.
• You must confirm that you are not on any prohibited or blocked list.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Opening an Account

When opening an account on tk15, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, and other details provided during registration will be used for identity verification and payment processing.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses being forfeited. If multiple people in the same household wish to operate separate accounts, tk15 support must be notified in advance.

3.3 Account Security

• Change your password regularly and do not share it with anyone.
• Avoid logging in from unfamiliar devices or public networks.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk15 currently accepts transactions through three popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No payment methods other than these are currently supported.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

Requests below the specified amounts will not be processed. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same (for example — if you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw via bKash).
• Withdrawals will not be approved if the applicable wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
• tk15 may request additional documents to prevent money laundering — if this is refused, tk15 reserves the right to hold the withdrawal.
• If an incorrect amount is credited due to a technical error, tk15 reserves the right to correct the difference.
• If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, the withdrawal may be temporarily suspended.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New account holders at tk15 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; or depositing ৳42,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used to play games on tk15 — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• No more than one bonus offer may be active at a time.
• If abuse or manipulation to earn bonuses is proven, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If a bonus is not used before it expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• tk15 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on tk15 are considered final only after full confirmation. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless tk15 does so on its own due to a technical error. For sports betting, the official result of the relevant sports authority is final in determining outcomes.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled, does not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or is not completed according to tk15's defined conditions, the funds for the relevant bet will be refunded.

6.3 Technical Errors

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a software or hardware error, tk15 reserves the right to recalculate wins and losses based on the correct result. In such situations, tk15 will make its decision with full transparency.

• Fair play rules are strictly followed in all games.
• Using any external software or bots to play games is prohibited.
• Game statistics and history are stored on the server and are authoritative in any dispute.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on tk15. Involvement in such activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Opening or operating an account with a false identity or information.
• One person operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or another person's information.
• Placing bets using betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting hacking, unauthorized access to the system, or cyber attacks.
• Threatening or harassing other players or staff.
• Knowingly exploiting any bug or flaw in tk15's software or systems.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 Closure by tk15

tk15 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if any clause of these Terms is violated, evidence of fraudulent activity is found, or if required for security purposes.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, email [email protected]. Any bonus-free balance remaining before account closure may be withdrawn, provided all withdrawal policies are met.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there is no activity for an extended period. tk15 will notify the player in advance regarding an inactive account and provide an opportunity to reactivate it.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

tk15 places the highest importance on protecting players' personal information. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology. Your information will never be sold to third parties.

10 Limitation of Liability

• If you share your account details with someone else and a loss results from that.
• If the service is unavailable due to natural disasters, war, pandemic, or any other uncontrollable event.
• If a loss occurs due to a fault in the player's own device or software.

11 Responsible Gaming

tk15 takes responsible gaming very seriously. Gaming should be a source of entertainment — it should never cause stress or financial hardship. We encourage players to play within their limits.

If any ambiguity arises regarding the meaning of any clause in these terms, the interpretation of tk15 shall be considered final. These terms have been written in Bengali and the Bengali language interpretation shall be authoritative.
